I'm a 2 days old user of single app CRM, and I donot want to go for the paid option as yet.
While I was checking the email option I see that "LINK TRACKER" is added to my list of apps.
I want to remove it as I don't want to use it as of now, and I want to continue using the FREE single app option at least for a year.
Could anyone help me please?

Odoo sometimes auto-installs certain apps when you use specific features. In your case, it may have been installed when you checked the email tracking options in CRM.
Since you're using the free single-app CRM version, uninstalling Link Tracker might not be possible without losing CRM, because Odoo enforces the single-app rule. You can check by going to Apps > Link Tracker and seeing if the Uninstall button is available.

I believe that Link Tracker is a module and not an app, so I don't think that it will cause you any problem
