when trying to create a new user on my database IDHLife I get an error
Bu the user I am trying to create is not in my database either as inactive or Active user.
The database has multiple companies, I have tried to see if the user was created within a specific company but there is no record of this user

double check the archived user list and also check portal user by removing default filter in user.
In case of multi-company activate all company and then check users associated with all companies
yes, the login field should be unique!
Yes I understand that, but the user does not appear in the User List, where is this user stored
