In Odoo 17+ and 18, the eCommerce checkout form includes a Company Name field when adding a delivery address, so customers ordering as companies can enter the drop-ship recipient's company name.

For Odoo 14 (original question): The checkout delivery address form does not include a Company Name field by default. The workaround is to ask customers to put the company name in the address line, or upgrade to a newer version where this is natively supported.

For v18 (Ricardo): Go to Website > eCommerce > checkout and verify the address fields - Odoo 18 natively shows company name in the delivery address form. The address is saved as a contact (child contact of the company) linked to the customer, which is expected Odoo behavior for contact management.
