Earned 5,000+ XP, but couldn’t claim the free Odoo mug—no delivery option available, and after a while the reward page disappeared.

It looks like the issue is not with the XP or the reward itself, because the mug still appears in the cart. The problem seems to be with the delivery method.
On the checkout page, Odoo shows “The delivery method is not available for this order,” which usually means that there is no shipping method available for my delivery address/country for this reward item.
So the reward may be claimable, but Odoo is unable to ship it to my location. This could be due to country restrictions, unavailable carrier configuration, stock limitations, or the reward campaign being expired/removed.
I think Odoo support needs to check whether the free mug reward can be shipped to my country and whether a valid delivery method is configured for this order.

For me, on the checkout page, it's showing "The delivery method is not available for this order." But still in the cart, I can see my reward.
