I would like to know if it is possible to take into account future sales for replenishment.

I put some reordering rules on my products like min = 50 Max = 100

Today there are 55 on hand and I have a sales order for 15 in 2 days. 

I am therefore below the minimum 

The time to buy is 10 days. 

I would like Odoo to make me a purchase proposal

Yes, the replenishment rule would be triggered on sale order if you set replenishment trigger to auto, an RFP would be generated
