Antoine joined the support where he grew his knowledge through solving tickets and specialized in various topics including inventory management. His role evolved througout the years since he distanciate himself from the functional part of the job to invest his time more in reviewes and onboarding. Antoine thrilled in helping others getting the right mindset and structure to succeed at their jobs. This led him to India for a month where he helped this fast growing team implement processes he himslef contributed to build here in Belgium.

Nick has years of experience working in both start-ups and large corporations. Having worked with different e-commerce platforms and ERP systems, he has a passion for helping people which led him to join the Odoo Support Department where he can apply his knowledge to further better Odoo to its users. Despite being at Odoo for less than a year, he already developed a knack for shipping integrations. Even though he is passionate about his job at Support, he is also a co-founder of Beer Family, an online craft beer discovery experience made with Odoo which ships Belgian beers to customers all over Europe.
