Gregory joined Odoo 10 years ago in the Business Service Department, and started with the implementation of projects for SMEs in various industries and countries. After two years of focus on SMEs, a switch to larger account projects was done and he is now managing the presales and delivery activities for the Corporate projects.



The goal of this talk is to introduce you, potential client, the advantages and perks of using a Presales - GAP - POC analysis, when considering starting your project with Odoo.

A GAP analysis gathers all your project specifications and provides an estimation of the gap between what is covered in the standard version and what would require specific development. To illustrate the results upon specific needs, we will realize a Proof of Concept to show a database with new developments. In practical terms, we will tackle the following concerns:

- How can I decrease my project implementation cost?

- How do I decrease project risks?

- How can I get my key users onboard and committed?

- How can I meet my project deadlines?
