Beide bedrijven blijven afzonderlijk beheersbaar, maar werken via één gedeelde backoffice. Vitamins@work is een HR-tech bedrijf uit Leuven dat organisaties helpt om werknemerswelzijn, betrokkenheid en retentie te bevorderen via data-gedreven analyses, surveys en dashboards. Voor hen implementeerden we Odoo als centraal systeem voor hun dagelijkse werking. Het platform ondersteunt hun CRM, Facturatie, verkoop, Knowledge en nog veel meer, waardoor alle processen duidelijker, sneller en efficiënter verlopen. Vivalia regroupe en une intercommunale de soins de santé unique :6 sites hospitaliers,

4 Maisons de Repos et Maisons de Repos et de Soins,
des Habitations Protégées,
1 Maison de Soins Psychiatriques.
L’Intercommunale des soins de santé Vivalia compte 1600 lits, emploie plus de 3800 personnes et s’adjoint les services d’environ 400 médecins spécialisés.
Avec des structures de proximité à taille humaine, l’institution entend répondre aux besoins des patients de la province de Luxembourg, du sud-namurois et de la Lorraine limitrophe en insistant sur le niveau de qualité de l’offre de soins proposée.
Cette approche qualitative est soutenue par des techniques de pointe à travers l’ensemble des services hospitaliers et extra-hospitaliers.
