The zeal of the team brought together top notch professionals to produce the highest quality sushi offered through supermarkets and a variety of innovative catering options.

The operation today includes a state-of-the-art kitchen with the most advanced equipment, a fleet of 9 refrigerated trucks, and a 2500 sq. ft. central kitchen facility with a warehouse designed to store, dry and refrigerate freshly prepared goods.
