Agilis is a Greek technology and statistics firm, founded in 1998, whose primary business is running clinical trials across dozens of countries in four continents. Operating in a regulated, multi-country research environment places precise demands on project tracking, accounting, and compliance. 

Agilis runs on Odoo end-to-end. We deployed CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Invoicing for the commercial cycle; Project and Timesheets for the research-engagement lifecycle; Inventory for research-material tracking; and the full HR stack of Employees, Recruitment, Online Jobs, Employee Contracts, and Payroll. Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, and Surveys carry outbound engagement; Website holds the external-facing content; Documents manages the file layer. The financial layer runs on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules, giving Agilis real-time AADE compliance on every Greek-side transaction while Odoo handles the cross-border complexity. 

The resulting platform lets Agilis administer research engagements, recruit and pay the team, run outbound campaigns, invoice compliantly from Athens, and report to stakeholders in one place, freeing the scientific team to focus on what made them relevant in the first place: standards, statistics, and clinical-trial execution.
