• Use the survey module to review the effectiveness of the training

Just checked out the events module, created some events and some registrations for some of my users (colleques).

Is it correct that there is no visibility of these events in the Human Resources objects ? (Similar to Contract for example ?). 

Employee training is one of the necessary things to do in order to increase the productivity of the company. Employees should have good soft skills in order to convince the clients. If your employees are trained and have relevant skills then they can be a good asset for the company. Training employee is necessary but only if the employee has the potential. If the employee has poor skills and not willing to learn then you should not invest in that employee.
