This is not available out of the box in Odoo.

In Odoo, CRM stages do not automatically change based on activities like email, call, meeting, or task by default.

 Manual (standard)

• Users manually change the CRM stage after completing an activity

 Semi-automatic (limited, no code)

• Use Automated Actions:

  • Trigger: Activity Done

  • Action: Update Stage

•        This works only for simple scenarios and lacks fine control

 Full automation (recommended)

To automatically update stages based on:

• Activity type (email / call / meeting)

• Activity state (done)

• Lead stage logic

You need custom development:

• Override activity completion logic

• Map activity types → CRM stages

✔ Possible on Odoo.sh / On-Premise

 Not possible on Odoo Online (SaaS) with Studio alone
