How to add One2many field on odoo17 website.

Question

Hello Everyone,
I have some question related to odoo website recruitment page.
So I have this field reference_id One2many linked with custom module hr.reference in which I have three fields ref_name, phone, email.
I want to add this reference_ids field on recruitment webpage and when I add the fields and click on the submit button the fields values should be added on the hr.applicant model.
