To hide the tab Procurements for Sales Users
Settings -> User Interface -> Views
product.template.form.inherit
Change the group:
<page string="Procurements" groups="base.group_user">
<page string="Procurements" groups=" account.group_account_invoice ">
The tab Procurements(Coste Price and suppliers) is only visible for the Accountant User
