A Rental Tokenization Module in Odoo 16 for dainex Real Estate Platform, enabling property tokenization, fractional ownership tracking, and automated rental income distribution. The system integrates with the client's core investment platform via secure REST APIs, synchronizing properties, buyers, tokens, transactions, and compliance data (KYC/KYB/AML). Smart contract–compatible tokenization logic (ERC-20 aligned) and Amazon S3 media storage were implemented for scalability and automation. The solution centralizes property lifecycle management, investor onboarding, rental workflows, and payout reconciliation—all fully within Odoo. This creates a seamless bridge between real-estate asset management and blockchain-driven fractional investment systems.
